1. Our Commitment

KW Innovations is committed to operating with integrity, professionalism, and respect in every interaction — with clients, partners, suppliers, and the broader community.

This Code of Conduct sets out the standards we hold ourselves to and what clients and partners can expect when working with us.

2. Professionalism

We commit to:

Delivering work to the standard agreed, on time and within budget wherever possible
Communicating clearly, honestly, and promptly — including when there are problems
Setting realistic expectations and not overpromising outcomes
Treating all client information as confidential
Representing our capabilities accurately — we will not take on work we are not qualified to deliver

3. Respect & Inclusion

We treat every person we interact with — regardless of background, identity, gender, age, religion, disability, or culture — with dignity and respect.

Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated by us, and we expect the same standard from those we work with. We reserve the right to end a working relationship if this standard is not met.

4. Honesty & Transparency

We do not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct. This includes:

Accurate representation of our team, capabilities, and past work
Honest disclosure of conflicts of interest
Transparent pricing with no hidden fees
Clear communication about the use of AI tools or third-party services in client work
Prompt notification if a deadline or deliverable is at risk

5. Client Relationships

We view every client relationship as a partnership. We commit to:

Listening to understand your goals before proposing solutions
Providing honest advice even when it is not what you want to hear
Respecting your decisions as the client, while clearly advising on risks
Maintaining confidentiality beyond the end of our engagement
Not working with direct competitors during an active engagement without your knowledge

6. Quality of Work

We take pride in the quality of everything we deliver. We commit to:

Thorough testing before any product or website goes live
Following industry best practices for web development, security, and accessibility
Continuous improvement — we learn from mistakes and share that learning
Seeking feedback at the end of every project

7. Environmental & Social Responsibility

We are a Gold Coast business and care about our local and broader community. We aim to:

Minimise environmental impact in our operations
Support other small and local businesses where possible
Contribute positively to the tech community through knowledge sharing
Price our services fairly to support businesses of all sizes

8. Reporting Concerns

If you believe KW Innovations or anyone acting on our behalf has breached this Code of Conduct, we want to know. Please contact us at director@kwinnovations.com.au.

All reports will be taken seriously, investigated fairly, and responded to within 10 business days.

9. Updates

We review this Code of Conduct annually and update it as our business evolves. The current version is always available on this page.
